My Story
For those who may not know, my name is Candy! Truthfully, this passion project has been put off for a few years now as I've always found an excuse to procrastinate. Now, it's not necessarily that I have a passion for t-shirts or merchandise, but the ability to create an initiative that allows people to buy into something that can give back so I'm excited to try this new chapter!
When an opportunity for a mission trip at my church came up recently, and they asked us to fundraise for our trip to Cuba in June, I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to link it with the passion project that I’ve been procrastinating so long for! If all goes well, I do think this could be the beginning of something that will allow us to start more initiatives and projects that makes giving back effortless. It’s about showing that helping doesn’t necessarily always require extra effort as we can instill it as a part of our daily lives.

Please Evolve is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting marginalized communities by promoting self-expression and social change. They achieve this by creating and selling limited-edition apparel, with proceeds benefiting various causes and nonprofits. Their mission emphasizes raising awareness and funds for social justice initiatives through fashion, coffee, and self-sustaining spaces that provide access to resources, healing, employment, equality and wealth-building opportunities.
